No Boundaries 5K Training Programs
At Fleet Feet, we believe in the power of running and walking in community. No matter your pace or experience, running can challenge your perceptions of what you’re capable of. It can bring people together, relieve stress, help you cope with hardship, and give you healthy goals to strive for.
Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries Training Program is a nationally recognized training program for people who are interested in running a 5K. This program is designed for beginners up to experienced runners.
Before our program begins, we will have an Open house where you can meet your coach and other runners who are interested in the program. You’ll be able to ask questions and get a better feel for the program before signing up!
Over the course of eight weeks, you’ll join weekly group workouts led by a Fleet Feet coach and supported by mentors who have been in your shoes. Each session includes a warm-up, a workout tailored for beginners, and a cool-down. You’ll also receive weekly emails with tips on running form, hydration, motivation, and more. Throughout the program, you’ll be invited to participate in local group runs hosted by Fleet Feet and have the opportunity to demo some exciting shoes from Saucony.
After race day, we will have a post-race celebration where we will celebrate your success! You will get to reflect on your journey and have the opportunity to think about what you want to train for next.
