Find Your Speed Training Program
Ready to unlock your speed? Join Fleet Feet this summer for our Find Your Speed program! Whether you're a seasoned marathoner, a former track athlete, or brand new to running, this program is designed for everyone — because we can all benefit from speed work!
What's Included:
- A 9-week daily training schedule.
- Two weekly in-person speed workout meetups in Ann Arbor.
- Educational clinics focusing on nutrition, injury prevention, and more!
- An opportunity to wear-test high-performance shoes from Adidas.
- FREE entry to our 3 Find Your Speed track nights, offering three chances to run an officially-timed one-mile race in a fun, yet competitive, atmosphere!

- Schedule: Weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM
- Location: Ferry Field - Ann Arbor
